No. Leads are stored in your own WordPress database, the font is served locally and there is no monthly SaaS bill. Optional services you switch on yourself, such as Google reCAPTCHA v3 or Twilio SMS, talk to those providers only when enabled.

Purchase the plugin and check your email for your license key and download link. Download the ZIP, then go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard, upload the ZIP and activate it. Enter your license key when the plugin asks for it. The widget appears on your site right away.
Yes. Deactivate and delete Lead Capture Chat first, then install WP LeadChat Pro. Your leads carry over. Never run both plugins at the same time.
